Host Your Next Event at the Lee County 4-H Center
Facility is closed for rentals December - February
To rent: $1,000.00 deposit paid and signed contract needed to hold the date.
Deposit is in addition and not part of rental rates.
Rental Rates
Livestock / Small Animal Shows
Rates include set-up one day prior to the event and clean-up one day after the event. Additional days needed for set-up or clean-up: $100.00 per day.
*Deposits are refundable provided the facility and grounds are cleaned and left as found and all policies have been
followed according to the facility manager’s discretion.
All fees must be paid two weeks prior to rental of the facility.
Charges will be billed for facility repair (at cost) and or additional clean-up if deemed the fault of the renter.
